About My WordPress Website

This is about my WordPress website. It was created for 2 reasons. And those reasons involve both you and me.

  1. Firstly, it was to share specifics of how to accomplish tasks on WordPress sites in the form of a knowledge base.
  2. Secondly, it was to provide a more efficient way of maintaining standards and procedures involving WordPress websites. Most websites get outdated quickly because the info is stored locally and then possibly updated online later. So, I eliminated my local step and merely keep the online information set current.

Most people will maintain locally their checklists and procedures related to WordPress site operations and management. Then, they rewrite them and only include certain parts to create a post on that topic. So, I am slowly migrating my local knowledge base to an online state. That way, I can reduce the classic double updates method and simply maintain one set only. And that set is on this site for you as well.

Because of this method and my site’s mission, you’ll also discover how I organize files, media, apps, and so on. So, there’s a behind-the-scenes benefit you’ll also benefit from and decide which parts you want to emulate. I hope this helps you enhance your own journey as well.

About Myself

I’ve been in IT, Management, and Consulting for over 4 decades. Currently, I focus on developing and sharing how to create, setup, and improved WordPress websites. I’ve lived and worked in 7 states and have a Business Management degree.

So, I recognize a lot of conflicting expert information on WordPress website topics and a bunch of it is outdated. I understand exactly why, because of my lifelong background in Information Technology and Information Systems.
